Safety and privacy

Is my data safe?

Your Supra access and feedback are private to your account. We don't sell your data, and we never make any changes to your lockbox.

Who can see the feedback touring agents submit?

Feedback goes to the listing agent. If you create a seller link, your seller can see showing activity and feedback highlights, but not touring-agent contact details.

Can my seller see the feedback?

Not automatically. You can create a read-only seller link when you want to share showing activity and feedback highlights, and revoke it anytime from the property page.

Can touring agents opt out of feedback emails?

Yes. Every email has a one-tap opt-out, and the same will apply to SMS once it launches.

Getting started

Which lockboxes do you support?

Aftershow works with Supra eKEY, which is what most U.S. residential agents already use. If you or your MLS use a different lockbox system (SentriLock, Master Lock Bluetooth, etc.), drop us a note and we'll let you know when we add support.

How long does setup take?

Signing up takes about two minutes. Connecting with Supra in the app takes another minute. Most agents see showings in their dashboard the same day.

Do I need a Supra API key?

No. Connecting through your Aftershow address is all most agents need. An API key is optional for a deeper integration.

Do I need to change anything in Supra or my lockbox?

No. Your lockboxes and Supra workflow stay exactly the same. Aftershow works alongside them.

What if a touring agent doesn't respond?

It happens. Roughly 4 to 6 out of 10 agents respond. The rest just show up as a logged showing with no feedback, at no extra cost to you.

How often do you email the touring agent?

Just twice: one request shortly after the showing, plus a single reminder if they haven't responded yet.

Plans and billing

How does the free property work?

Your first property is free. Additional listings are $99 once each, or $29 a month for unlimited.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. One-time listings stay active while the property is listed. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, and surveys keep running through the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

If something goes wrong on our side, email us and we'll make it right. Otherwise you can downgrade or cancel anytime.
