Safety and privacy

Is my data safe?

Your Supra access and feedback are private to your account. We don't sell your data, and we never make any changes to your lockbox.

Who can see the feedback touring agents submit?

Just you. Touring agents know the feedback goes to the listing agent, and nothing is public or shared outside your dashboard.

Can my seller see the feedback?

Not automatically. Soon you'll be able to generate a read-only seller link you can share, so your seller can check showing feedback anytime without you emailing screenshots. Until then, feedback lives in your dashboard only.

Can touring agents opt out of getting texts?

Yes. Every text includes a STOP option. If they reply STOP, we stop texting them from any of your listings.

Getting started

Which lockboxes do you support?

Aftershow works with Supra eKEY, which is what most U.S. residential agents already use. If you or your MLS use a different lockbox system (SentriLock, Master Lock Bluetooth, etc.), drop us a note and we'll let you know when we add support.

How long does setup take?

Signing up takes about two minutes. The longer step is your Supra API key (see next question). Once your key is in, your dashboard starts logging visits the same day.

How do I get a Supra API key?

We walk you through it in the app. It's a quick email to Supra with the exact details we provide. Most agents hear back within a day or two.

Do I need to change anything in Supra or my lockbox?

No. Your eKEY app and your lockbox keep working exactly the same. We just read the visit log Supra already keeps for you.

What if a touring agent doesn't respond?

It happens. Roughly 4 to 6 out of 10 agents respond. The rest just show up as a logged visit with no feedback, at no extra cost to you.

How often do you text the touring agent?

At most twice. One text a couple hours after the showing, and one short reminder the next day if they haven't replied. Nothing after that.

Plans and billing

How does the free property work?

Your first property is free. Additional listings are $99 once each, or $29 a month for unlimited.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. One-time listings stay active while the property is listed. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, and surveys keep running through the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

If something goes wrong on our side, email us and we'll make it right. Otherwise you can downgrade or cancel anytime.
